Training Packages

Each training package has a 1 week free trial.

Single Training Session:

This is for the individual that just wants to schedule sessions when they need them and does not want to be attached to a monthly plan.

Cost: $30 per hour

Finalist Package:

This package provide 2 in person sessions per week over the course of 1 month for a total of 8 sessions each month. You will receive workouts to do as well on your off days as well. Nutritional guidance is also provided. This plan is perfect for someone who wants some direction in their training but has motivation to train on their own as well. The training is tailored to the individuals goals whether that is weight loss or sports performance.

Cost: $160 per Month

Average: $20 per session

Bronze Medal Package:

This package provides 3 in person sessions per week over the course of 1 month for a total of 12 sessions each month. You will receive workouts to do as well on your off days as well. Nutritional guidance is also provided. This plan is perfect for someone who wants to take their training to a new level. The training is tailored to the individuals goals whether that is weight loss or sports performance.

Cost: $215 per Month

Average: $18 per session

Silver Medal Package:

This package provides 4 in person sessions per week over the course of 1 month for a total of 16 sessions each month. You will receive workouts to do as well on your off days as well. Nutritional guidance is also provided. This plan is perfect for someone who wants to maximize their performance or weight loss goals and wants someone their to keep them motivated. The training is tailored to the individuals goals whether that is weight loss or sports performance.

Cost: $255 per Month

Average: $16 per session

Gold Medal Package:

This package provide 5 in person sessions per week over the course of 1 month for a total of 20 sessions each month. You will receive workouts to do as well on your off days as well. Nutritional guidance is also provided. This package is for the serious athlete or weight loss seeker that wants guidance every step of the way. The training is tailored to the individuals goals whether that is weight loss or sports performance.

Cost: $300 per Month

Average: $15 per session

Online Package:

This package provides you with a personalized training program provided to you via a training app. You will receive workouts that are geared towards your needs and goals. You will also get one Zoom call each week to talk about your progress and any concerns that you might have. Nutritional guidance is also provided. This package is for the individual who is located far from the training location or does not have a normal schedule The training is tailored to the individuals goals whether that is weight loss or sports performance.

Cost: $100 per Month
